Payment And Shipping Policy

Personal checks, Company checks, Cashiers checks & US Postal Money Orders are all accepted for payment. If paying by check, all funds must clear prior to shipping so please allow 7 to 14 days for processing.

Bank wire transfers please add an additional $30.00 to cover bank charges. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) transfers accepted at no additional charge. If paying by EFT, all funds must clear prior to shipping so please allow 7 to 14 days for processing.

Credit cards are accepted for payment. “Visa, MasterCard”

Credit Cards:

The name on the credit card must match the name on the banks monthly statement and the CVV2 code on the back of the card (3 digit number) is required with your phone and email contact information upon checking-out.

Refund/Return Policy: 15 Days after receipt of order – Any damaged items or returns must be requested and approved in advance. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. Please contact us by phone or email to obtain prior authorization for any returns. Thank you!

Please Note: There will be a 20% restocking fee on any merchandise being returned to stock. Freight charges are not refundable. All sales are final on birds. Thank you!

We are sorry to announce effective immediately the US Postal Service has discontinued shipping finches and most other species of birds due to the outbreak of New Castles Disease and the bird flu.
